Job summary

Heliene, Inc. in Rogers, Minnesota, is hiring a Quality Operator to join the Operations team. This full-time, non-exempt hourly role focuses on rigorous quality control, feeding raw materials, and operating semi-automated equipment in a fast-paced solar module manufacturing environment.

The position involves 12-hour shifts with 4 on/4 off, rotating nights, and a base wage of $22.50 per hour plus night differential. Evening/night requirements and safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of Operators on the production floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines and monitor operations.
• Operate and monitor HMI systems to control equipment and troubleshoot.
• Perform quality checks and testing at each stage of production.
• Train junior operators and back-fill positions as needed.
• Communicate issues to Line Supervisor and follow escalation procedures.
• Learn multiple areas on the floor to provide relief as needed.
