Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions and quality manufacturing support by analyzing production records.
• Maintain quality by monitoring processes, points, equipment and personnel.
• Communicate expectations, monitor results, enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with HR on personnel issues.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as required.
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning staff.
• Train quality staff and maintain service quality.
• Enter time and data into the automated system accurately.
