Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Quality Control Inspector I to support auditing, monitoring, and judging the quality of manufacturing processes and outputs. You will work with higher-level inspectors and liaise with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot defects.

The role requires 1–2 years in quality control, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read data sheets. On-site duties emphasize safety, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced battery production

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of quality control and quality inspection background.
• 1+ years familiarity with quality management tools such as controls chart, FTA, and FMEA.
• Must possess excellent dexterity and nimbleness with repetitive hand motions.
• Practical experience with materials analysis, testing, and chemical analysis equipment.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Ability to read product data sheets and confirm conformance of products to specifications.
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Auditing, monitoring, and determining quality of manufacturing processes against standards.
• Support testing of random samples of finished goods.
• Report deviations and defects; liaise with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot.
