Job summary

Cencora Specialty Group in Brooks, KY is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead QA/QA efforts in our distribution center, ensuring GMP compliance, calibration and change control. Under general supervision, you will supervise 1–3 associates and support front line operations in root cause analyses.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least four years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work extended hours to meet productivity

Responsibilities

• Support front line operations supervisors in determining root causes by teaching/facilitating the use of various root cause methods.
• Monitors distribution center supplier quality and ensures compliance with SOPs (calibration, validation, change control).
• Issue CARs as necessary and work through appropriate channels in both organizations to correct issues.
• Participate in evaluation of temperature controlled shipping containers and provide guidance on quality matters to operations staff.
• Supervise 1–3 associates and develop/analyze reports for quality indicators (process audits, client audit results, returns, complaints, deviations).

Under general supervision of the Quality Manager, implements and maintains quality assurance/control efforts at the Cencora Specialty Group distribution centers. This role has responsibility for ensuring compliance with appropriate quality, regulatory and validation guidelines. **Responsibilities:*** Support front line operations supervisors in determining root causes by teaching/facilitating the use of various root cause methods. Monitors distribution center supplier quality* Issue CARs as necessary and work through appropriate channels in both organizations to correct issues. Ensures distribution center equipment used for GMP processes is compliant with SOPs such as calibration, validation and change control* Participate in the evaluation of temperature controlled shipping containers.
