Job summary

CB&I is seeking a Quality Operations Specialist to develop and implement Quality activities related to assessments, surveillance, and corrective actions. The role will be home-based in Everett, Washington but will require long-term presence at project sites in Nevada. An ideal candidate should have over 15 years of industry experience, with a focus on welding and quality assurance practices.

The specialist will interface with project management and ensure compliance with quality standards through auditing, training, and process improvement initiatives. Join us to enhance asset management solutions and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the industry, with 10-15 years in QA/QC.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and NDE qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Assist with quality program deployments.
• Conduct internal quality audits.
• Train project/shop personnel as needed.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
