Job summary

Cencora in Brooks, Kentucky, seeks a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead QA/QC efforts at the Brooks facility. The role reports to the Quality Manager and supervises up to three associates, ensuring GMP compliance and持 supplier quality. The position requires onsite work with potential extended hours.

You will support root-cause analyses, oversee CAPAs, and participate in client audits, driving continuous improvement across quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related quality/operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating audits.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines and calibration/change control.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline supervisors in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Monitor supplier quality and drive corrective actions across DC.
• Issue CARs and lead issue resolution through appropriate channels.
• Ensure GMP equipment is calibrated/validated and compliant.
• Assist in customer audits; gather and organize supporting docs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and data analysis.
• Be on call for temperature excursions and quality emergencies.
• Develop reports on quality indicators for DC support functions.
