Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Quality Operations Lead to own quality across high-impact Generative AI programs. You will lead a large team of quality control specialists, turning client requirements into measurable data quality signals and driving scalable QC processes.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, monitor quality trends, and define future QC initiatives to support fast-growing programs and reliable data for world-class customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams or scaling large operational/technical processes.
• Strong SQL analytics and attention to detail.
• Experience building systems, processes, and teams across multiple customer segments.
• Hands-on background in product management, operations management, program management, or top-tier management consulting.
• Proven cross-functional initiative in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of quality specialists—hire, coach and calibrate.
• Translate unclear customer requirements into clear standards and signals.
• Run the quality system; plan workforce capacity and produce quality reporting.
• Analyze quality trends, root-cause defects, and escalate actions.
• Define future QC initiatives to scale and optimize operations.
