Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Quality Operations Lead in New York to head a large team of quality control specialists responsible for high-impact Generative AI programs.

You’ll translate customer requirements into measurable data quality signals and own daily QC operations, reporting, and process improvements. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, tackle complex quality issues, and shape the future of QC across multiple programs, ensuring scalable and reliable data delivery for premier AI

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams or scaling large operational/technical processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (particularly in SQL) with attention to detail.
• Experience building systems, processes, and teams across multiple customer segments or product lines.
• Hands-on background in product management, operations management, program management, or top-tier management consulting.
• Proven initiative-taking in cross-functional technical environments.
