Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Quality Operations Intern in Rockford, IL to support quality performance measurement across shifts and sites. The role provides hands-on exposure to regulated manufacturing, data analysis, and cGMP compliance.

You will collect feedback, analyze trends and root causes, and translate insights into prioritized improvement initiatives while developing analytical and quality operations skills.

Qualifications

• Working toward Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• College Level Math Skills required.
• Advanced computer skills with ability to perform complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality metric tracking across sites and shifts for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.
• Develop data trending and root cause analysis skills to identify recurring issues.
• Collect cross-site and cross-shift feedback to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Compile a structured and prioritized list of improvement opportunities based on data and input.
• Partner with Quality leadership to prioritize and support top process improvements.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project leads.
