Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Manager, Quality, Commercial Site Onboarding to lead end-to-end onboarding for our East Coast commercial sites. You will coordinate with account teams, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operations, while aligning with quality standards.

The role requires strong project management, quality assurance and client relationship skills, with up to 25–50% travel and a focus on delivering high-quality onboarding experiences for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PM, Healthcare or related field.
• 3–5 years in onboarding, PM, or QA.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PM software, CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for commercial sites, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (account managers, case managers, operations, and logistics) to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of client expectations and ensure needs are met throughout onboarding.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to ensure quality standards and regulations are met.
• Set onboarding timelines, objectives, and milestones with commercial teams.
• Monitor progress and address challenges to keep clients informed.
• Provide guidance and training to new commercial partners on systems and best practices.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding and collaborate with QA to meet quality standards.
