Job summary

Orca Bio on the East Coast is seeking a Lead to manage end-to-end onboarding for commercial partners. You will ensure site readiness, maintain compliance, and act as the primary client contact during onboarding.

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in healthcare administration or FACT is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for commercial partners on the East Coast.
Ensure site readiness, compliance, and seamless implementation.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.
