Treewalk Consulting Inc., based in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Transaction Advisory Associate or Senior Associate to join our Quality of Earnings team. You will support buy- and sell-side clients by evaluating earnings quality, building financial models, and guiding deal decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of transaction advisory or due diligence experience, CPA designation (or CFE), strong knowledge of ASPE/IFRS with US GAAP familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Formación

• 2–3 years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence at Big Four or large national firm.
• Strong knowledge of ASPE and IFRS; US GAAP familiarity is helpful.
• CPA designation or CFE already completed or in progress.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and LBO models.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Quality of Earnings engagements and assess earnings quality and EBITDA sustainability.
• Lead engagements with autonomy, identify high-risk areas, and manage deal relationships.
• Support clients through LOI, structuring, modeling, due diligence, and integration.
• Create and manage complex financial models for forecasts and decision-making.
• Manage data rooms and coordinate with advisors to gather deal information.
• Prepare detailed reports including forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and management summaries.
• Conduct market research to inform deal teams and benchmark valuations.
• Participate in other projects as needed.
