Job summary

State of Arizona’s Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), is seeking a Quality of Care Concern Nurse in Phoenix. The role focuses on investigating quality of care issues for individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring corrective actions are implemented per AHCCCS and state policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, DHS and CMS rules.
• Experience with quality of care investigations and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member-centric and systemic investigations into quality of care issues.
• Track and trend QOC issues and corrective action plan resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and case records for investigations and reviews.
• Participate in Peer Review Meetings and audits to ensure policy compliance.
