Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field; RN license or clinical background preferred.
• 5 years of acute care experience typically required; master’s may substitute 2 years.
• Experience with process improvement and regulatory/accreditation programs; data management and analysis.
• Strong data presentation skills and ability to develop graphics and presentations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and foster positive team changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in continuous quality improvement efforts across the district.
• Coordinate regulatory and accreditation oversight and ensure adherence.
• Develop and present data-driven improvement graphics and reports for leadership.
• Facilitate training and collaboration to sustain quality initiatives across teams.
