Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Quality of Care Coordinator for a 4-month remote engagement in the EST schedule. You will review medical records for quality of care incidents, determine if standards were met, and draft severity assessments for physician review.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure and 3+ years in nursing or healthcare. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Compile incident timeline and summary for medical director review.
• May participate in peer review actions or next steps; ensure adherence to policies and clinical protocols.

Location: Remote-US (Can source anywhere as long as they are willing to work in EST schedule)

Shift : Mon- Fri 8-5pm EST or 8:30-5:30pm EST No OT

Job Description:

Review medical records for potential Quality of Care (QOC) incidents, applying clinical criteria to determine if a lack of care was present. Utilize clinical knowledge to provide summary of findings and severity level to physicians.

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. 3+ years of experience in nursing or related healthcare experience.
