Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Manager Quality 1 to lead the QMA team on the CBP P-3 program. You will drive quality across the program lifecycle, ensure compliance with QMS standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor QMA professionals, review CARs/iCARs/SCARs, and report metrics to management while supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and data analytics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of QA experience; or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years; or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• FAA A&P license with FAA IA (Inspection Authorization).
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Experience with certified Quality Management Systems and related requirements.
• Proficiency in statistics and data analytics; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of QMA professionals with performance coaching and development.
• Ensure conformance to all quality and contract requirements for the CBP P-3 program.
• Drive quality across the full program lifecycle and improve processes.
• Maintain QMS compliance per ISO 9001/AS9100 and related standards.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Quality.
