This role demands strategic leadership, extensive aerospace experience, and proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and union relations while delivering high-quality hardware on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor1 Degree with 15+ years of related experience; graduate degree 13+ years; no degree requires 19+ years.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations in aerospace/defense.
• Knowledge of EAR/ITAR controls and site-level operations management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing, quality, and facilities for site operations.
• Drive on-time delivery, cost of poor quality, and safety performance.
• Develop staffing plans to support current and future programs.
• Manage raw material inventory and capital plan with CI integration.
• Oversee union relations and contract negotiations with HR.
• Lead Business Resilience and CI for manufacturing and test.
