Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a seasoned Manager of Quality & Mission Assurance to lead the ARDE Inc. site’s quality programs.

You will drive compliance with AS9100, oversee Quality Engineering, inspections, and documentation, and partner with program management to ensure on-time, defect-free delivery. The role requires a strong leadership background, security clearable or ability to obtain a US Secret clearance, and hands-on experience in aerospace quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior Quality experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of Quality related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of Quality related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple Quality Assurance teams and sites.
• Lead safety culture and ensure protection and productivity of employees.
• Guide teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure execution of plans.
• Promote a culture of quality with adherence to warranty and inspection standards.
• Collaborate with program management and other functional teams to meet requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support strategic quality programs.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership on performance and actions.
