O-I is seeking a Project Engineer for its Quality and Manufacturing Development Program in Perrysburg, Ohio. This full‑time role focuses on implementing and improving AOQ requirements across manufacturing operations, with hands-on lab experience, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, manage documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen food safety programs and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering required or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report lab and technical projects from start to finish.
• Support GMP, HACCP, and other quality systems in North American facilities.
• Conduct audits and assist in corrective actions to reduce risk and variation.
