O-I offers a Quality Leadership Development Program Co-op (Fall 2027) in Perrysburg, Ohio. This 12- to 16-week rotation blends hands-on quality and manufacturing work with structured training to build a foundation for a successful career at O-I.
As a Project Engineer Co-op, you will learn from industry experts, gain exposure to batch and furnace operations, and collaborate with plants, customers, and teams to drive quality improvements and processes.

As part of O-I's Quality Leadership Development Program Co-op, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn from industry experts at the world's leading glass container manufacturer while working at our global headquarters in Perrysburg, Ohio.
This 12 to 16-week rotational program combines hands-on quality and manufacturing experience with structured training designed to build the foundation for a successful, long-term career at O-I. As a Project Engineer Co-op, you'll take on meaningful work, solve real business challenges, and gain exposure to the people, technologies, and processes that drive our manufacturing operations.
Throughout the program, you'll benefit from a comprehensive learning and development experience that includes on-the-job training, networking opportunities, and social engagement activities. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth while developing technical, operational, and leadership skills that will prepare you for future opportunities within O-I.
