Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or product launches and strong APQP/PPAP knowledge. Travel to supplier sites up to 70% will be required, with a focus on vehicle program launches and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or product launch support.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, quality systems, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality and manufacturing readiness activities for automotive interior components.
• Drive APQP and PPAP deliverables to support successful product launches.
• Investigate production issues, implement corrective actions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Evaluate supplier capacity, quality, and delivery performance using data-driven metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Support manufacturing feasibility reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel to supplier locations up to 70% as needed.
