Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan is helping Wayland-area manufacturers find skilled Quality Managers to uphold and improve production standards. This role focuses on developing QMS, conducting audits, and guiding CAPAs to ensure compliant, high-quality products.

You will mentor the QA team, analyze quality data, and drive continual improvement across manufacturing processes, with emphasis on customer specifications and ISO 9001 practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage internal and external audits, including supplier quality assessments.
