Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan partners with Newaygo-area manufacturers to recruit an experienced Quality Manager who can elevate production standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role leads a team of quality engineers and inspectors, develops and implements QMS, oversees supplier quality, conducts audits, and drives data‑driven continuous improvement across raw materials to finished goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar QMS.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA and root cause analysis.
