Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Houston seeks a quality leader to own end-to-end quality strategy across raw materials to final product delivery within Adhesive Technologies.

You will monitor quality performance metrics, deliver training programs, conduct risk assessments and audits, and partner with purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to embed quality across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy—ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery—while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Texas
• Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making
• Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, & customer service to ensure quality is integrated
