Job summary

Henkel Corporation's Adhesive Technologies division seeks a SHE professional to lead and support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental management systems across facilities in the Houston area. You will drive investigations, coordinate corrective actions, conduct audits, and prepare reports while partnering with site leadership to enable continuous improvement.

The role includes developing and delivering SHE training and translating regulatory requirements into practical workplace

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of SHE management systems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance across Houston facilities.

• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments and drive timely corrective actions with site leadership.
• Prepare SHE reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver SHE training and translate regulatory requirements into workplace practices.

What you´ll do

• Lead & support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) management systems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Henkel standards across designated facilities in the Houston Area.
• Lead safety, health, and environmental investigations by identifying risks, recommending engineering and process improvement solutions, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts across diverse operational environments.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; identify gaps, communicate findings, and partner with site leadership to drive timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Independently prepare SHE reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support site-wide goals.
• Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications that translate regulatory and company requirements into effective workplace practices.
