Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital in Beatrice, NE seeks a Quality Manager (RN) to lead data-driven quality initiatives, audit clinical data, and coordinate submissions to CMS, accreditation bodies, and ACOs.

The role supports performance improvement using FOCUS-PDSA and lean methods; requires Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma, and preferred Bachelor's; EPIC experience and Six Sigma certification desired; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; no weekends.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required with RN licensure preferred.
• Experience with hospital quality programs and data collection.
• Certification in quality (CPHQ) or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Audit, collect, and submit clinical data for internal and external agencies.
• Support CMS accreditation preparation and ongoing readiness.
