You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer Quality to improve FPY, reduce nonconformances, and ensure AS9100/AS9110 compliance, while guiding teams toward operational excellence. Qualifications

• Deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Fuel Systems & Controls operations.
• Compliance with AS9100, AS9110 and customer/regulatory requirements; driving product quality and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs quality assurance teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Develops and enforces quality standards and procedures across operations.
• Performs regular performance appraisals and drives training and development for team members.
• Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates quality problems to maintain excellence.
• Creates and implements strategies to enhance quality control processes and ongoing improvement.
