Woodward, Inc. is seeking an Internal Quality Manager to lead the deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System across our Fuel Systems & Controls operations.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management and Customer Quality to improve FPY, reduce nonconformances, and ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9110 and regulatory standards while driving product quality and process capability.

Qualifications

• The Internal Quality Manager is responsible for leading the deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Fuel Systems & Controls operations.
• This position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving product quality, process capability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• The Internal Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer Quality teams to improve FPY, reduce nonconformances, strengthen root cause corrective action effectiveness, and ensure compliance with AS9100, AS9110, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Teams: Oversees and directs quality assurance teams to achieve established quality objectives.
• Implement Quality Standards: Develops and enforces quality standards and procedures across all operational processes.
• Conduct Performance Evaluations: Performs regular performance appraisals, provides feedback, and facilitates training and development for team members.
• Resolve Quality Issues: Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates technical and operational quality problems to maintain operational excellence.
• Drive Process Improvements: Creates and implements strategies to enhance quality control processes and promote continuous improvement within the department.

Estimated annual base pay:

$108,000 (minimum) - $140,000 (midpoint) - $173,000 (maximum)
