The Internal Quality Manager at Woodward is responsible for leading the deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System across Fuel Systems & Controls. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure customer, regulatory, and industry requirements are met while driving product quality and operational excellence.

• Lead deployment and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across operations.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9110 and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams.
• Improve FPY, reduce nonconformances, and drive root-cause corrective actions.
