Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with ASME, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement at the Denton, TX facility.

You will oversee quality programs, supplier quality, audits, and manufacturing support, partnering with multiple teams to meet customer and industry standards. On-site role with emphasis on leadership and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive quality management experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience administering ASME quality programs and fabrication code requirements.
• Experience leading internal and external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System and associated quality programs.
• Maintain compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and customer requirements, including ASME 'U' and 'R' Stamp, ISO 9001, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, U.S. Navy programs.
• Serve as the designated management representative responsible for maintaining effectiveness of quality systems and certifications.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and revise quality manuals, procedures, forms, and documentation.
• Ensure document control with revision management and retention of quality records.
• Lead audits and coordinate responses to audit findings; ensure corrective actions are effective.
• Direct quality personnel and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales to improve performance.
