Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality within a manufacturing environment. You will drive quality performance, develop associates, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through robust quality systems and continuous improvement.

This role provides strategic direction, oversees audits, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration, and sets departmental goals and KPIs to sustain world-class quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier, process quality, and NPI.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems, RCA, CAPA, and CPI.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain supplier partnerships to improve quality.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Establish KPIs and monitor quality metrics.
• Support cross-functional teams and new model launches.
• Lead internal audits and preventive actions.
• Manage budgets and develop operating plans.
• Mentor and develop associates.
