Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality within a manufacturing environment. You will drive quality performance, develop associates, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive action activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor internal quality audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities related to new product launches and new model introduction.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Champion and sustain workplace organization initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support cross-functional teams.
