MDS Staffing is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality within a manufacturing environment. You will drive quality performance, develop associates, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee budgets, coach staff, and monitor KPIs to support business objectives while maintaining world-class quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.

• Lead and manage the New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive action activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams.
