Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years work-related production/manufacturing experience required.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in production supervisory role preferred.
• Well-versed in analytical and statistical applications that support quality.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and lead initiatives for internal quality and customer complaints.
• Coordinate and execute audits and lead investigations of risks, failures, and complaints.
• Provide tools and training for quality management to facility staff.
