Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to own the plant quality system under the Plant Manager and Corporate Director of Quality. You will govern quality gates, KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Lead a cross-functional team, apply Lean methodologies, analyze data, and ensure robust quality assurance and control to support cost-effective production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in quality management/continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive product quality management program for the Great Dane manufacturing location.
• Collaborate with leadership for planning and overseeing the quality program and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement short- and long-term quality strategies, goals, and tactics.
