• Develop and improve Quality Management System and processes.
• Elevate site warranty operations and collaborate with Sales and Engineering.
• Manage KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
• Define improvement actions with site quality teams.
• Resolve customer claims through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on analysis of customer contracts and risk reduction.
• Champion audits and drive cross-site improvements.
• Participate in corporate quality initiatives and meetings.
• Deliver comprehensive quality training across the site.
