• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Strong knowledge of production methods and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead production audits and inspections across all shifts.
• Develop and coach Quality Technicians and drive accountability.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead CAPA investigations.
