Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of quality experience.
• Lean Manufacturing tools training.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001, AAR M-1003).
• Quality Auditor (ISO-9001) preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• ASQ certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across all levels and independently.
• Self-motivated with leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency; quality documentation experience.
• Travel up to 30% as required.

• Develop and implement inspection criteria and quality standards.
• Manage internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Coordinate training on quality tools for staff.
• Support change management processes.
• Manage FAIR requests and supplier quality evaluations.
• Document processes and work instructions.
• Oversee non-conformances with Materials dept.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 and related regs.
