Job summary

Leybold USA Inc in Export, PA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality team, drive ISO initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering continuous improvement across the manufacturing organization.

You will develop and maintain quality systems, oversee inspections of incoming, in-process and finished products, manage NCRs/DMRs and supplier quality, conduct internal audits, and mentor staff to sustain a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality, manufacturing, or training roles; 3+ years in leadership.
• Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality team and all quality processes.
• Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Review customer specifications and manage inspection/test plans.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure ISO compliance.
• Track and report quality KPIs and cost of quality metrics.
• Address customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Manage NCRs, DMRs, and supplier quality issues.
• Support supplier audits and drive improvements with Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in global quality initiatives.
• Conduct quality training and onboarding for new employees.
