Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Quality Manager to lead and shape quality programs across multiple functions. You will drive ISO, IPC, AS and TL compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate quality improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive actions.

You will oversee nonconformances, supplier audits, and process controls, leveraging SPC, 5S and value stream mapping to sustain product quality and on-time delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and strong knowledge of quality systems.
• Experience with ISO, IPC, AS standards and TL processes preferred.
• Ability to lead quality improvements across multiple functions and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide semi-skilled and entry-level personnel across functions.
• Coordinate and implement quality management systems and documentation.
• Lead and support quality improvement programs (QIP) in line with customer requirements.
• Resolve low-difficulty customer issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support supplier audits, nonconforming material analysis, and RMA processes.
