Job summary

FEUER Powertrain North America, Inc. in Robinsonville, MS seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and oversee Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Metallurgical Lab activities to ensure product integrity.

You will drive PFMEA with Process Engineering, coordinate audits, mentor the team, and advance continuous improvement in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Materials Science, Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1-2 years experience in Quality Engineering
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency
• FMEA experience and knowledge of quality control procedures (ISO 9001)
• Experience with problem solving tools (5-Why, 8D) and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Owns the Quality Management System ensuring ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance
• Plans gage calibration and coordinates related activities
• Manages resources for Quality Engineering, Inspection Lab, and Metallurgical Lab
• Co-owns PFMEA with Process Engineering
• Coordinates customer requirements and integrates them into the QMS
• Schedules internal and external audits (IATF 16949)
• Resolves issues using structured problem solving (8D, 5-Why)
• Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Monitors industry trends in quality management
• Mentors team and reports KPIs for the Quality Dept
