Kelly is seeking an experienced Quality leader for the Greater Kalamazoo area to lead the quality team and sustain the ISO/IATF quality management system.

You will drive improvements across manufacturing operations and the supply chain, oversee inspection, metrology, CAPA, and supplier audits, and guide APQP/PPAP with AIAG core tools.

Required: Bachelor's in Engineering/Quality, 5+ years in manufacturing quality with 2 years in a leadership role, ISO 9001 experience; travel ~20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years manufacturing quality experience, including 2 years leading a quality team.
• Experience interpreting and applying ISO 9001 clauses.
• Experience with product and regulatory compliance (IMDS, REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the quality team and own an established ISO/IATF quality management system.
• Make decisions and drive improvements across manufacturing operations and the supply chain.
• Oversee inspection, metrology, and calibration activities.
• Assist with supplier development, audits, and evaluations.
• Coordinate internal audits and management review, and verify CAPA/8D effectiveness.
• Manage quality holds, nonconformance disposition, and product-release decisions.
• Environmental, regulatory, and specialty-metals compliance, and ensure they flow down to suppliers.
