• Heavy automotive experience in Quality/Operations.
• Experience with ISO/TS 16949, 9001 & IATF Audit.
• Strong communication skills—written, computer, verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Perform regular audits and implement company policies.
• Manage schedules and perform internal audits.

Skills

Proficiency in English

High-level Microsoft Office capability

Strong knowledge of LEAN practices

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Education

Associate's degree or greater in business management, engineering, or related field
