Job summary

PiovanGroup is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our Niles, IL site. The role ensures the quality management system aligns with company goals and customer expectations, while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier networks.

The successful candidate will oversee audits, CAPA, and management reviews, and will collaborate with purchasing and engineering on supplier strategies and new product quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business administration or related field with substantial manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience as ISO Management Representative and quality auditing.
• Strong leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation of finished products for quality and reliability.
• Lead internal/external audits, CAPA systems, and Management Review meetings as ISO management representative.
• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System to meet company goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with purchasing on supplier management strategy and with engineering on new product quality.
