Job summary

Fralock in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC in a PCB manufacturing environment serving medical and aerospace industries. This onsite role supervises the Quality Management System, drives continuous improvement, and ensures product quality and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a hands-on leader who mentors the Quality team, collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and uses data-driven methods to reduce defects and cost of quality while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field with 7–10 years in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading ISO 13485/AS9100 quality environments.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the site's Quality Management System.
• Manage nonconformances, CAPA, and supplier/customer corrective actions.
• Develop and mentor Quality team; drive data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and readiness.
