Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC in a PCB manufacturing environment serving medical and aerospace customers. You will drive the site’s Quality Management System aligned with ISO 13485 and AS9100, while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 7+ to 10+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading quality management systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS per ISO 13485/AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Manage corrective actions, CAPA, and supplier/customer audits.
• Oversee nonconformances, root-cause analysis, and data-driven quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality.
