Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering required.
• Minimum of five years of composite industry experience.
• AS9100 / ISO Certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and capable of multitasking with strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance System functions end-to-end.
• Develop and upkeep Quality Manual and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to define QA standards and processes.
• Perform calibrations and establish calibration schedules.
• Oversee internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain ERP/MRP processes daily and ensure product compliance.
• Educate teams on quality control and drive continuous improvement.
