Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Quality Manager at the Lincoln, RI plant to lead QA and continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure products meet specifications, oversee QA testing, and drive ISO 9001 compliance with internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Quality Assurance techniques in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement experience.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements QA and continual improvement programs.
• Maintains ISO 9001 accreditation and supports audits (UL/ETL/ABS as needed).
• Manages QA testing and data reporting across processes.
• Recruits and trains QA associates and ensures procedural compliance.
• Interfaces with customers and external auditors during plant visits.
