Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a manufacturer to identify a Senior Quality Manager to join their Beloit, WI team. The role will own the ISO 9001 QMS, lead the quality organization, manage supplier quality, and oversee incoming and in-process inspection at a fully automated, recently refurbished plant.

Qualified candidates bring 5–10+ years of quality leadership, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong experience with AIAG standards (PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or Quality Engineering (or related field).
• ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 QMS ownership and compliance experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and supplier quality management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop the quality organization.
• Manage supplier quality and vendor development programs.
• Oversee incoming and in-process inspection.
