Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead all aspects of the Quality function at the Houston PEC plant, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the QA/QC team, drive the Plant QMS, and act as the company representative during audits with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities include leading audits, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional improvements while ensuring training and continuous development of staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role required in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related standards; experience leading or maintaining certification required.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, customer specifications, and quality documentation required.
• Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, quality control methods, and calibration requirements required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required.
• Ability to stoop and bend required.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time required.
• Alignment with company core values required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of the Quality function at the Houston PEC plant in alignment with the company Vision, Mission, and Goals.
• Oversee quality department staff, train, develop, and motivate them to achieve quality objectives.
• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain the Plant Quality Management System per ISO-9001 and relevant standards.
• Report KPIs/quality metrics and drive corrective actions for continual improvement.
• Engage with customers and suppliers during audits and quality-related meetings.
• Support supplier quality with supplier audits, approvals, evaluations, and non-conformances.
• Assist in cost estimating for quality-related elements in bids and project planning.
